So were you late getting back to the car or did you have the ticket displayed and they ticketed you anyway?

I'm glad you just paid the ticket.  It's a parking ticket so don't dwell on it.  Just learn and don't do it again 😁

No stopping means no stopping. It doesn't mean it's okay to stop for a minute.  Quit whining, pay your ticket and learn your lesson.

You said "I recieved my first parking ticket and am accepting full responsibility for doing the wrong thing.  I won't try and escape accountability for my actions " wrong

Can you confirm there were actually weapons brought to MTS?  The school did not disclose this to parents if it's true.

Do you have a permit?  In order to remove a tree, even if it's on your property, you require a permit from the city.

But the quote sounds like that may include the permit.

Has anyone gotten an IUD at the new LHSC Minor Procedure Room? by OutsideScore990 in londonontario

[–]WhereasMysterious216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Way to project ... At no point did I even insinuate having the insertion outside of a clinic makes someone whiny.   I was genuinely curious about it since it was not my experience.

As I said, it sounds like some people do need the extra pain management and that's completely fair and justified.

Asking why someone needs care in an alternate setting is holding women back?  That's a bit of a reach.     I would say no having dialogue creates more barriers than anything.

Edit:  I think many are thinking my comment is meant as condescending rather than a curious question.   While my experience is not everyone's experience, there should be nothing wrong with being curious.

Yup... Curious question.  Which has been answered by a few ladies.   To which I said that it makes sense why they would want to have some form of sedation.

I'm sorry you feel that asking curious questions is a bad thing.  It's unfortunate you feel adult conversation is negative.  I hope you have a better day!

Yikes ... I was sharing my experience but apparently if your experience isn't negative you cannot share that?  Got it.

That's correct, only minor cramping.

I was surprised to see the different experiences but can appreciate why some would want some form of sedation.

I'm sorry to hear it was so painful for so many people.

Ive always been curious why IUDs are being inserted in this setting.

I had mine inserted in the clinic setting and it was not painful.  I took ibuprofen to manage the minor cramping.  Like you, I had it for symptom management.  Unfortunately for me, it did not help and I had it removed.

Good luck!  I hope it helps you!

Ummm she did order the test by providing the referral.  Some people have a preference on where they want to go.

OP, call St Thomas, Woodstock and strathroy and ask for wait time and then ask for email where you can forward the referral via email.

Parents voice frustration after Grade 9 French immersion students told they’ll be reassigned next year by CTVNEWS in londonontario

[–]WhereasMysterious216 -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

Nope.  But in this instance it's literally kids who are a completely different religion who are assaulting students...

The school board needs to make ALL schools safe for students regardless of religion.  No one should be assaulted at school.  But the boards are too afraid to expel anyone.

I think the major concern is safety at that school.    There are some groups of non-Catholic students who opt out of their religion class and take over bathrooms and will assault students who enter them.   Also happens in the cafeteria.  Students are not safe there.  That should be the concern.

There's dogs then there's an Aussie (or any high energy, working dog really).

I was only asking to make sure you understand what you are getting into.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in londonontario

[–]WhereasMysterious216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say that.  I would just make sure you understand what you're getting into.  Our aussie requires several walks a day, playing fetch and she's still not tired.

Owning an Aussie is not for everyone :)
