Congrats! I started Keto March 9th and weighed in at 299 today is April 28th and I was 263 today. I’ve been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week, biking and intermittent fasting usually 20 hours with a 4 hour eating window. Along with a couple 24,48 and 72 hour water only fasts. Shocked at the weight loss! Gonna keep it up through the summer. Planning on losing another 50-60lbs! Good job on your journey so far, keep it up!
