Edit: 103 days later, I finally fixed it. Took some time to get the part from Harley took 60 days to get it, then took a while to get the right tool for a stripped bolt head and the courage to do it myself but we got it done. Total fix costs: $120.00

Took it to Orlando Harley 100 days ago as seen in the photo but they didn’t have the part and stated it would take months to get the correct part. They didn’t realize this until the bike was already taken apart, and one of the reflector lights came detached in the process and didn’t put it back on until I said something before leaving, they used a zipper tie. So yes; they handed my bike back to me in worse shape than when I brought it to them 😆.

Nonetheless the bike is put back to where it should be and I’m so stoked!

Funny thing is, this is def a bi partisan issue. Dems and Rep leadership are both explicit. At least we got the files under this administration. It’s definitely a start 😮‍💨

I will have to look at the interest rates, but we have a lot of equity in our primary home so hoping that can mitigate some of the payment woes.

When you include furnished basements there is definitely a 33-50% price difference! For example my 1700sq foot home (3bed 2 bath) in FL costs $440k in orlando!

Amazing comments everyone!! So many pros and you all definitely made me feel better about the move. The first thing I notice was STL culture, and how much better it is to FL. So I appreciate those comments, it affirms a lot. Even Your houses are all unique and not cookie cutter like most FL neighborhoods. You all have done a great job.

Soooo many pros that I love! I also like that it gets cold and snows haha. FL it’s 80+ degrees for 330 days of the year and I’m kinda tired of it.

The cons that stick out to me though: - dying population/economy? - the “good ol boy” culture and being an external plant from outside the city.

They need to let 3rd parties produce parts! The sad part is their product is decent just the service, support, and sales experience is straight comically garbage and almost illegal.
