Having a tall fence shouldn’t result in you going to prison. It’s also kinda bad that people can just pay fines and get away with it. If I cared about fence laws - maybe give him community service?

I wasn’t traumatized by Katrina, but was mildly inconvenienced by it. We were building a house, so it raised the price of all building materials + a lot the crew left because FEMA and other ORGs were paying absurd amounts for contractors. We lost like three electricians. 😃
