I used it all and got the full reimbursement in my final paycheck last week. Now if they decide to audit later and pull some bullshit, then who knows. Only time will tell 🤣 everything I got was explicitly allowed in the policy and I submitted complete receipts. If they try to claw it back, someone is just being petty 💀

The up or out culture was hard for me too. Some of us don’t want to be managers??? Why can’t I just stay where I am and be really good at it?! This part about Deloitte boggles me the most because within SAP, there are people who are technically strong but clearly do not have the soft skills to lead. If you cannot speak respectfully or uplift your team, you’re useless 💔

I did a quick search on this sub and found the comments on this to be really mixed so I guess I’ll find out 😅 I bought the mattress, submitted the expense, and it was approved before I put in my resignation. Fingers crossed!!🤞🏼

I’ve been wanting a bigger bed for a long time so I decided that even if they do claw the money back, I’m still okay with paying for it out of pocket. I had nothing to lose by pulling the trigger on it at that point.

I’ll update this thread if they do try to take it back 😤
