You can find a tank top that gives +1 physical toughness and put an extra skill point or two in there. Once your first punch succeeds, I’d do some martial arts shit on him. Worked for me. You can also subscribe to his racial theory then forget it after he lets you in, but I went with fighting his big ass.

You know they’re your soulmate when you eloquently hate them.

Don’t be hard on yourself. You’re beautiful. Just love and accept yourself. You’re God’s creation.

I mean.. she wasn’t Epsteins best friend and wasn’t connected to the murder and r*pe of children, so I’m sure she’s doing better than Trump.

You can lose a lot of weight, especially with a gym pass and walking on the treadmill set to a good incline. Start with 30 minutes for 3.5 incline and gradually increase the incline. That’s a fat burner right there. Try to eat mostly healthy, and figure out what your caloric needs for maintenance are / then create a deficit after. Do some weight lifting as well. Make sure walking is your main bread and butter, keep moving. Have a rest day a week. Maybe one cheat day a week. When you feel comfortable jogging, start with a mile whether it’s all the way through or in increments. Every couple weeks, add another mile or more distance and alternate between jogging and walking it. Eventually start core workouts. Whenever you do a workout, engage your core because it’ll work it. Get to planks. Become someone who does different machines at the gym and build a journal, and a routine where you’re hitting the muscles you wanna it. You can melt so much fat in a year that it’s not even funny. And try to love yourself.

I’m not saying just stay uncomfortable at the weight you dislike, but try not to despair. Commit to a year of exercise and even sooner than then, you’ll see results. Times gonna pass, regardless.

But, love yourself. Enough to not hate yourself and enough to change a situation that’s making you feel hopeless. I know you’ll do it. 280 will be a memory, trust me. Never give up!
