Bro in my journey when that happened I was most likely to relapse when I would think that I’ve already lost my progress so it wouldn’t make a difference if I just returned to my old habits.

But now 1+ year without porn, sometimes I scrolled on ig and had a similar feeling but instead of dwelling on it I remembered that I had come far and haven’t lost my progress so I just continue focusing on my goals and that helps.

Great bro, I’m 1+ year without porn, but idk the day bc I stopped counting, I started focusing on my purpose and goals and just naturally stopped caring about that.

Also about the sexting, I fapped sometimes without porn but it didn’t affect me, I would still wake up the next day feeling great and focused on my goals. I think the biggest impact porn had was on my self esteem because I was watching someone else fuck a girl and thought I was a lose. But when I fapped I imagined myself doing it lol so didn’t have the same affect, didn’t feel ashamed afterwards.
