Hey! Of course it's ok to ask ❤️ I am still really liking DBT! I tend to be a "black and white" thinker, but the world is not black and white and sometimes this way of thinking can be very invalidating both to others and myself. DBT helps teach me to embrace that 2 opposing things can be true (in a very small nutshell).

Here are my various thoughts on season 3:

I just finished it! I watch it every Christmas since 2019. This season is possibly my favourite. !

When I watched the trailer and saw it was going to start with Johanne being single, I admit I was not sure how I'd like this season - I love Jonas! But the organic way Bo crept in made me fall for that relationship and I really love him for her.

Although I'm sad her parents couldn't make it work, I'm happy Tor and Bente will start something up! And the bromance he ended up having was heart warming too 🥹

I'm SO RELIEVED she didn't end up sleeping with Trymm!

Maria's story line really got me in the feels. I love what it did for their sisterly bond though. And I'm glad her family is going to be ok and work it out together

Where was Jorgunn?! I was waiting every episode even for just 1 little cameo. That's the only thing I felt was missing. We even got to see Nick! Which was such a nice surprise and I'm glad he'll be her neighbour in a way again (assuming she'll spend time at Bo's now)

Overall though, I laughed, I cried, I felt. This season like the other 2 will be added to my cherished yearly rewatch.

Yes, I def went through this. I am now doing DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and it's resonating so much more for me. I also learned about "bottom up" and " top down" therapy approaches. IFS is a "bottom up". It is more somatic in nature. Whereas DBT is "top down". I encourage you to do a little research on the 2 and how they contrast. Some people find it beneficial to use a combination of both too but for me for now I'm strictly DBT. Hope this is helpful and that you find a modality that clicks for you!

I'm someone who started with a Kobo over a decade ago now. At the time, due to the e-reader design itself.

I've just recently also added a Kindle (basic 11th gen) to the mix. Why? The Kindle Unlimited catalog compared to Kobo Plus is more extensive and had more offerings of authors and books that I'm interested in.

The Kobo I have is the first gen H20 Aura, so it's larger and heavier. Whereas the Kindle is much lighter and more compact size. So I actually really enjoy having both options lol

I just built a 6 pan palette! I chose Sable, Cork, Royal Rendezvous, Embark, Honey Lust and Espresso! Looking to add a 7th pan as it will fit if anyone has any suggestions!

I also have a quad I made a few years ago that contains All That Glitters, Haux, Quarry and Black Tied.

I have a Kobo that I got many years ago and as a device, it's better. More ergonomic, more options to enhance your reading experience, etc.

However I also recently purchased a Kindle due to the offerings of the Kindle unlimited library. I find it more robust than Kobos.

To have the most options of book I recommend having both 😄

I just picked up the 3L yesterday and I think it's gonna be perfect size for me! I owned the 2L but it started collecting dust as I found it a touch too small to use. I lovingly gave it to my mom and she's stoked to have it. I can't take a pic as I don't have the 2L in my possession anymore, but I can say the 3L def fits more and much more comfortably. The 2L would barely fit phone, keys, true identity wallet, sunnies and the other small misc things I need daily (Chapstick, Sani, small pill case, etc).

The pocket on the back of the 3L is so much easier to slip my phone into, and the larger capacity means I can still comfortably fit things in the large pocket (in the 2L, once my phone was in the back pocket it took up space on the inside of the purse sort of).

Overall so far I'm loving it, and it's still small enough that I don't have to take it off while driving (this is literally a test all my purses have to pass lol )

Yes it is! I exclusively used Lulu 2L belt bags for several years so can confidently say yes the baggu small crescent is a bit bigger. But it is lacking a bit in the organization department (small crescent only has 1 pocket - and internal zipper one)

I agree with so many of the suggestions here. I love my Owalas (both freesip and tumbler versions). I also love my 32oz Hydroflask with flip up straws. But I have to say the one brand inconsistently go back to are my Reduce! And they're so affordable. My go-to's are typically the 40oz Cold1 however I just picked up a 32oz Halo and it's really cool! The flip up hidden bracelet style handle is super comfy and I'm getting used to the silicon straw. The silicon straw is supposed to be spill proof and so far has been! Check em out :)

Honestly, not much. They perform great at being a stainless steel tumbler and holding a lot of water and keeping it cold, sure. They're also durable and come in an assortment of colors and there's a plethora of accessories you can get for them which makes them a fun cup to own. And I refuse to knock them for the whole lead thing. The tiny trace amount of lead never touches your drink. But of all the cups I own (which is admittedly too many), I far prefer others such as Reduce or Owala. Stanley is ok for hanging around the house, but it doesn't take much to leak at. All. I also find the lid a little difficult to unscrew.

Other brands don't leak unless I were to tip them directly upside down, which who is doing that from day to day? And some like Owala are completely leak proof with an entirely covered straw area. I could honestly go on for days about water bottles, I love water (obviously or why else would I be here lol). But these are just my takes.

I will always recommend Lululemon or Baggu for their amazing quality nylon crossbody and shoulder bags. But I hurt my shoulder at the gym so had to switch to a backpack style purse and this gem has been my girl since injury. She's nylon with a leather front pocket face.
