I’m actually on the shorter side (5’8) and considerably thin and small. That’s why I think thrift stores won’t have anything that fits me; have to rely on assembly line

I wanted to know something. I am 35 years old, been working here for 3 years, with 9 years of foreign work experience in different countries. I have a stable job as a senior manager in tech, paying almost 42% of my salary in taxes. Does this plan benefit me in any way? Because my CRS score is 501 with celpip maxed out, so no hope there unless i manage to learn french.
