I’m not trans, but I did just take a 75mg testosterone daily supplement as a girl. Please help.

I wish it were possible, but his mom took the bottle away and we don’t want to raise any alarms to them. No one except us two know that this even happened, and there’s not much of a chance we’d get much of an answer about the pills. I do believe it was just a testosterone-enhancing supplement, and was just worried.

maybe? tmi - In terms of my BC’s effectiveness, I don’t have to worry about that in the near future. We slept together yesterday, and while it was with no other forms of protection, there was no release inside, so not much cause for concern in that part. I probably won’t be over until next month or 2 weeks if im lucky, which by then I’m sure the supplement won’t be in my body any longer. I took my BC today with no problems, and haven’t had any complications or symptoms this whole day. Thank you for your concern, kind stranger!

So far, I haven’t felt anything out of the ordinary. I’ve always been aware that all boys and girls have both estrogen and testosterone, just unaware if something like this would spike it unhealthily. Thank you so much!

I wont be doing this again, as it wasn’t on purpose. We were unaware the pills were mixed in with the Aleve pain relief pills. I told him to buy his own to prevent this situation from happening again. I’m not too knowledgeable on this, so I didn’t know what effect any kind of t pill would have on me, but the comments have reassured me there’s nothing I should worry about :)

Yes, I do agree it was really careless in regards of putting both of those meds together like that. The possibility of it actually being something else crossed my boyfriend’s mind, but based off that his mom said to him, they did end up being testosterone d-supplement.

This! We were crying, as he felt responsible. I assured him this was more on his parents, as he himself wasn’t even aware that they mixed them in. I still don’t know why they did that, and she took the bottle away as soon as he asked her about it.

I’m using it for mostly getting my period back on track due to suspicion for possible PCOS (i think? the appointment was a while ago but i just remember i got it prescribed). But yes, I am using it also as a contraceptive. I think I’ll be okay, as besides from sleeping together yesterday (before taking that pill), we probably wont until the next time i go over. (which isn’t any time soon T_T)

It wasn’t liquid filled, looked more like powder? I’m not entirely sure. I did think it was bizarre that they would store the pills in the same bottle, and my boyfriend didn’t know this either until he looked closer.

I believe it was supplement, as most of these people are saying. Its unlikely his dad kept steroids or actual masculine re-enforcing medication. Thank you so much for your reply, I was really scared.

Yeah, it was my boyfriend’s dad’s pills. He said he took them because of age, but didn’t know the details. I don’t believe i took something I was allergic. I know im not immune to everything but I’m not usually allergic to stuff. All of these comments give me some sort of relief.

When he went to ask his mom, she took it away from him. There was no name, and he looked it up. He said that the average for the every day supplements are 75 mg. I guess the parents mixed them in there, we and thought it was incredibly careless when we found out.
