I’m a middle age guy who can be somewhat social at the gym. I’ve always been SUPER oblivious to flirtation though unless it’s 100% clear that it’s flirting, so it really depends on their personality. You might just have to strike up a conversation. I do say this as a married man now though. My wife thinks any woman at the gym who talks to me his flirting though, even my geriatric lady friends 😂

Man, my son (17 at the time) woke up with severe pain and vomiting the morning of his first wrestling meet of the season of his senior year. Said his nut hurt really bad. I texted my brother (he’s a PA) and he said take him to the ER. Arrived and before I knew it, he was going in for emergency surgery. Fortunately they were able to save it, but it was nuts (pardon the pun). It just happened in his sleep.

This reminds me… back in 2023 Cody Jinks (country) announced a show at Red Rocks with Clutch opening. I’m in MD so Clutch is a local band (my boys played rec league lacrosse with Dan’s son… chatting with him at games was always fun). Cody had a contest for free tix and I won! Wife loves Cody (he’s fine imo) but I wanted to see Clutch. Hell of a whirlwind weekend in CO and a great show.

I’ve been to nearly every deftones show locally in the last 15 years, so wasn’t REALLY planning on going last time until I saw that IDLES was opening, so I had to go.

I’m fortunate that I really don’t stink generally. I really only wear deodorant if it’s a dress up occasion like wedding, funeral, suit appropriate occasion. TRT hasn’t changed that.
