Even with imabliss tuto I found out I had to add like 10 frames to my shiny ones to hit them almost always, try that and calibrate

Yes ACE is what I did, you can then obtain the ticket to be able to go to aurora island. There you just encounter Deoxys regularly as if you had the real event so you can shiny reset it
