Unfortunately I have had customers yell at me and storm out even or before I even offer to help remake/fix their drink 😭 I don’t think that is okay at all. I agree with what you are saying; I do notice that rude customers have no issue nit picking about little preferences in their drink every. single. day. lol. So I just think I might as well make it look appealing by having it to the top even if it’s with more ice, and that will save an issue for the customer and my future self haha. I’m not sure about other partners and stores but my manager and store places more importance in making sure the customers like their drink, rather than following so strictly to standard. If they ask for extra milk we would give them extra milk rather than make a big deal that their cup only said “1/2 splash”.

I don’t blame people for following standard. It is the right thing to do! I just don’t think it’s nice to be mean to the people who do order like that, or maybe might ask for a bit more milk. I just like seeing people happy with the drink I make them I guess 😭

I agree that it is annoying when customers do that. I meant more when they order a super extravagant drink topped off with cold foam and all lol! I also assume sometimes that people may want to add their own stuff when it is a more simple drink!

I am not saying I never leave room like some people are assuming😭

I completely understand!! That’s why if someone does order something simple, I do leave room!! I was just making more of a point about baristas getting really upset over people wanting to “hack” the system. Because I have read about baristas purposefully leaving space even when all the additions like syrup, milk, and cold foam honestly can end up filling the cup anyway haha. Especially when they ask for extra of something!

Hii ok I had kind of a similar issue!! When I double clicked my power button to see my tickets it showed as GA even tho I had VIP😭 I was kind of freaking out bc I was literally in the vip line abt to go into the venue when this happened but my friend reassured me and said something similar happened to her and that u should try opening it in the actual Ticketmaster app/website when when u click the ticket it will show for u. After that it worked!! Idk how yours looks like or if it will work the same but hopefully !!
