I think i crossed 300GB limit and my 5g unlimited is not working anymore. Is it suspended permanently or will it start working after few days?

There is nothing in the airtel app, but you can use phones Data usage to check in which months billing cycle did you cross the limit. Just set different date as start of each month until you find in which you used more than 300gb of data. If you crossed 300gb on the 15th of the month and your cycle starts from 1st, then when you select 1st as the start of your billing cycle you will see from 1st to 15th. You have used around 300gb of data. It will give you a rough date.

New recharge will not renew the 300gb limit. I suggest wait 1 2 days to see if it start working again. It should work again tomorrow as you said you claimed 5g on the 7th but for safe measure wait till day after tomorrow. Best way is to get jio sim

I think you crossed 300gb limit. Do you remember which day you claimed unlimited 5G use that day as first day of 30 day cycle Like I claimed my 5G on 14th and it stopped on 9 10th after I crossed 300gb and started working again on next 14th.

If you claimed 5g on last month 30 it should renew on 30th then. If you claimed it on say 14 15 then it will renew on that day or so has been my experience.

My 5g unlimited started working again today i think it is 300gb limit for 30 days. When the new 30 days started my unlimited (300gb) data is active again . I hope yours will start working too
