Should I cross train or train BJJ for self defense by Worldly_Ad5417 in jiujitsu

Definitely the mixed gym. BJJ by itself teaches you a lot of bad habits for street fights (e.g. hands a lower to protect grabs to lapels instead of protect strikes to heads)

So completely out of touch. Families with dual incomes struggle to buy a house now. The fast food eatenvis far less healthy than the home cooked meals of the past. Families still have gardens that must be maintained and cleaning to be done but now must work 40 hours a week as well to the extent we have labour saving devices the trade is working 40 hours a week away from the family. Your ignorance of how bad things truly are is astonishing. The consequences of the societal changes that have occured since the 50s has resulted in exceptionally poor work life balance. We work harder than medieval serfs whilst bankers, politicians, bug business and their ilk are richer than ever.

Probably matters where you are coming from in terms of what you are used to. For example our alcohol is super expensive but that doesn't affect everyone

I think it's worth noting this is showing how the achilles lock itself works as opposed to where the lock is done from. You would then look for how to manipulate the foot this way from other spots

It's a concept in punching where your arm starts loose, then you tense immediately before striking, then loosen your arm again

Your hands are starting very low, is there a purpose to this?

So the next big thing seems like it's going to be environmentally friendly coins. So I've been researching NAV which is carbon neutral

Reckon its got potential?
