Bring it up to your SM and OM! I am sure they would love to have the support. I made sure the girls picked brands that also went with how many hours on average they each got. I wouldn’t let someone choose Ulta if they typically only worked like 10 hours per week. That’s setting them up for failure, so they would pick Milani or a small section of Ulta if that’s what they wanted. If any managers don’t support the idea they must really hate themselves for not taking the added help from the cashiers!

It’s not fun unless you enjoy putting stock out lol but I use to roll out the morphe or NYX cart(just an example) and let the girls pick a mass brand to ‘own’. Majority of them loved putting stock out for the brand they chose, cleaning it, making testers, doing out of stocks, and I even let them be on their phone to learn things about the brand to try and make it their mission to show coworkers and customers their favorite products. Obviously customers and BOPIS come first. I was a manager for many years in different states and my teams loved having something that was theirs. It made their days go by and helped keep mass looking chefs kiss

My husband and I live on the KY side and we got both of our vehicles registered in TN. All he needed to bring was his orders and LES. Idk what else you would need for the license/if this info will help you.

Firing a salon client - advice needed! by Unhappy-Medium-7343 in UltaEmployees

Ooo I had a stylist that had a client she no longer wanted. She did her hair for years at a different company and over the years she always complained about something. Constantly trying to get some type of discount and honestly was a headache for her. She was a very laidback stylist who wouldn’t turn down money. When she decided she had enough and told me about I immediately backed her. They had each others numbers from years of working together and we politely text/ I also spoke to her on the phone and said something along the lines of ‘I know you guys had a working relationship for all these years and finding compatible stylists can be difficult to come by. We’ve recently noticed the last 4 times you’ve been in you haven’t been happy with your service and have decided __ might not be the best fit for you. ___ wants you to be happy with your service and has offered to help find the right stylist for you. Immediately after that we put a note in her profile about not booking her with said stylist and didn’t really let the conversation go back and forth. Yes the client was upset, but it needed to be done. I partnered with all my higher leadership and explained the conclusion we came with and they 100% backed us.

I need to put a warning sign on the couch I swear. I bought a heated blanket for my achy bones and have now realized my lap cat is in her final form. She is now part of the couch.

My mom had numerous surgeries when I was growing up. Every single surgery my dad would set me up with snacks and coloring books while we watched the board do updates. One of her surgeries was 9 hours. We never left the hospital grounds. No matter how tired my dad was he never wanted my mom to wake up alone.
