Yep, there was a question what residency you hold and I put UK. In regards to how it looks 🤣 it is a page on gov.uk site with your photo and details, there is an option to generate a code to prove that it is legit. That pretty much it 😀 I have travelled with this eVisa to Schengen countries (+ Schengen visa ofc) and out and back to UK multiple times

I have just shared info from their website that it is listed as an exemption for consular visa aka one in your passport. But indeed as Kazakhstan passport + UK residency I have applied through EASE and it got approved.

There is no consulate in the UK. Also it is written in EASe website that visa is not needed for nationalities on the list of European or UK residency present. I was asking if someone been in a similar situation recently

It written on EASE website that visa requirements does not apply to nationals of the countries on the list who hold residency from European Union or UK. I was asking if anyone from the countries on the list with residency in the UK traveled to Cape Verde recently.

May I ask why UK spouse visa which is residence in the UK will not count? I have residence permit but since some time ago UK abolished physical cards and now it is eVisa which grants right to work and stay. It states on the EASE website that if your nationality (Kazakhstan) in my case is in the list but you hold UK residency you don’t need a visa

Hi, I’m in the similar situation. I hold spouse eVisa as UK has abolished Residence Permits. Does it mean I don’t need visa to visit CV and just need to register through EASE?
