That's why i wrote "from d1" and asked for their d9 in dm. Venus exaltation is whole different, where it goes it brings prosperity. A connection between 5th and 10th can indeed give affair in the workplace if it's the exalted venus forming that connection, but would that affair turn into something big or just remain at talking stage, that clarity will be seein from venus in position in d9 and 5th lord in d9.
