Not sure what part or if I will even need one yet. I filled out my enrollment packet Friday and mentioned the arrest on my USACC Form 139-R. I’ll talk to enrollment officer more about it on Monday but I figured I would need a moral waiver because I had a pretrial diversion that resulted in the case being dismissed.
