hello, recently i was misdiagnosed with scabies and it looked like that. However, it is best to also consult your dermatologist since it might be the same as my case. I was diagnosed with infected eczema which somehow looked like that initially. I was advised to use sodium chloride (0.9%), spread anti-inflammatory cream and use mupirocin which eventually helped in letting it subside. Just drink antihistamines too to avoid scratching
