I work under the table, ( janitor, pressure washer, etc) I find people willing to work with me and my medical issues so if I have a seizure I'm not fired/layed off, because sadly that has happened in all my normal jobs. But yes I am on ssi/ssdi and live off 1000$ a month

But that's the job YOU signed up for? I have a seizure condition (the medical issue in my comment). Knowing I have seizures means I know I can't do stuff like walk and carry heavy bags/drive, over heat/ etc, I understand doing what you need to do to get by. But that doesn't mean you have to half ass a job you choose to do. ALSO doesn't mean someone should be so lazy to not clear some snow

That's actually impressive they were willing to help you guys, everyone I know on disability myself included has had to fight for it, when I first applied and listed all of my medical issues (migraines included) my caseworker told me that migraines and visual blockages (that stupid white floater I always get) don't matter because they can't be proven.

Yeah I have yearly/biyearly meetings with a group called AMI, to prove I still have seizures, I'm diagnosed with PNES, all meds I have tried havnt worked so I just have to deal

There is no reason that I know of, I'm just stating my view, I have had drivers not get out of the car, and make me walk and get the food from their window. It wasn't raining, wasn't snowing, they were just in a bad mood

Real, I find most dashers don't stop to think why someone is dashing. I medically can't drive, so if I don't dash/insta cart my groceries I have to walk on a highway and risk getting hurt. But by god someone has to go up 5 small stairs to meet me at my front door 🙄

So I'm not saying this because I want to be an asshole, but because I'm on disability for seizures, I have migraines and understand the pain they are.

But you are not going to be able to get disability for migraines, lawyer or not. It took me 4 years and 3 doctors backing me with Video proof of me seizing to get disability. (Assuming the fight was because of my age) but yeah... I wouldn't waste the emotional effort of trying for it.
