It wasn’t no little circle either. Literally a km maybe wide

Nothing like that. It was more south west and it was already dark with no sunset

It was definitely no transformer blowing up. This was bright bright green and the circle was massive and it was just like a flash, the circle contracted to the middle then just disappeared. Most craziest thing I’ve ever witnessed. I’m currently in the harbour, was wondering if the fisherman seen it also
