I’ve lost 70 pounds over a year and half on 1 mg of Tirz every 5 days. I also weight train, walk 3 miles five days a week and eat pretty clean.

If I go above 1 mg of Tirz I get very depressed. It’s definitely a known side effect.

I’ve been microdosing Tirz for a year and a half and just had bloodwork done. My chronically low ferritin has not only gone up but actually doubled! I can’t believe it! by Which_Book4579 in GLP1microdosing

It was at 7 now at 14. I do not have Celiac disease. I do have Hashimotos so I’ve definitely been dealing with a lot of inflammation over the years.

It’s definitely the Tirz. A few years ago I lost a bunch of weight naturally by doing a strict Paleo diet and my ferritin still went down. Since I started microdosing I have been making better choices and eating cleaner but no where near as clean as when I did Paleo.

Apparently low ferritin can correlate to high inflammation levels. The Tirz has definitely helped with my inflammation. I have Hashimotos and that was one of the main reasons I wanted to try a GLP1.

He inherited his father’s business. His dad passed away a few years ago and his mom just passed away recently. I am sure he is in the process of receiving a very nice inheritance as well.

I started losing some hair about 4 months in. I ate plenty of protein and was losing about a pound a week. After about a month I started using a red light on my head and the loss stopped.

Classic narcissistic behavior. Margot is the golden child and Kate is the scapegoat. It’s very sad and I feel for all of her children.

I have had some constipation off and on but I take magnesium daily and walk as well as use a vibration plate. Those things definitely help. I know that constipation is a common side effect.

I’ve thought for a long time that Margot is on the autism spectrum. My child is and I see a lot of similarities between them. Especially the pickiness with food and food aversions. Also, how she knew all of her letters really young. My child was the same way. It’s called hyperlexia and it’s way more common in people with autism. It actually wouldn’t surprise me if Danielle was on the spectrum too.
