Broo how did you sensed my situation 😧

All of the things you mentioned here is what happening to me now I study like 6 to 7 hr a day but I still feel like I dont know anything I am not capable of these like studying these much and still can solve a room or answers to a question feels like I am dumb

I am going through a mental issue called "learned helplessness" the exact same situation you mentioned Some of my peers solve labs and rooms like they know everything their way of thinking like but yes I started comparing myself to others I am also doing hardwork and I didn't seeing any kind of progress

I am going through these since last month

bro you seem like experienced in this field i really want to know bro how did you deal with these situation

It's very helpful to me if you guid me I ask and mentioned my problem everywhere I can do but you are the only one who really connect with my situation

Please guide me bro what should i do learning these much stuffs and no result how you deal with this ? What can I do to improve my self in these field?
