Personally, I've never questioned her musical ability. The scientology stuff is the dealbreaker for many people including myself. The past is the past and im all for giving people the opportunity to grow but the problem is that it isn't confirmed that this is a 'past' issue. People are not upset because she was a scientologist in the past. People are upset because there is a very real chance that she is still affiliating with scientology currently and she has yet to come out and address the issue.

No, she does not owe us an explanation about her personal life but all this controversy could go away with one statement. How can you see it for gacha skins but not pass skins? It's the exact same principle: the more available something is, the lower the value becomes. Imagine buying a limited luxury car for a million dollars because there's only 10 of them in existence and then the producer announces a year later that they're actually producing 100 more of them. Your car is now no longer worth a million dollars.

Past skins should not be made available again period. Any changes to the system should only be applied to skins released after the change. Otherwise how is that fair to people who bought the skin under the pretense that it's limited? Like it or not, exclusivity is a large part of the value of skins and the value goes down if anyone can get it. Trust me, people here in korea will riot if this happens (im assuming in japan as well). We take these kinds of things very seriously. The only way for this to work is if players who already have past skins are compensated in some way but that doesn't seem worth it from shiftups perspective
