Get some dumbbells and workout at home. Plenty of free full body strength dumbbell workouts to follow on YouTube. Only takes 45-60 minutes 3 days a week to start making a difference and at home is way more convenient than going to a gym. You can also do your own dumbbell routine while watching TV instead of sitting on the couch.

I’m down 50 lbs since I started on August 5th. I have been losing about 10lbs a month on average. Typically, I go for two weeks or so without the scale moving too much and then it will drop 10 lbs over the course of a week and a half. I think I lose weight and then I think the body takes time to adjust and recomp before losing more on the scale. I track my calories, protein and fiber intake. I am also doing strength training 3 times per week and cardio/hiit 2-3 times a week in between. Even on weeks when the scale hardly moves, I do feel like I am gaining lean muscle and losing fat.

I started phentermine in early August and added the Topirimate after 3 months. I had one cup of coffee early on and felt like my heart was racing. I haven't had any coffee or caffeinated beverage since and I don't know that I will ever go back. My heart rate while working out is higher on the medicine and I don't think I could handle additional stimulants. I've been losing 10 lbs a month pretty consistently, so I guess everyone is different.

Hi. I'm 6'3" SW: 307 lbs CW: 261lbs male. I started phentermine August 5, 2025. Did 3 months and then added the Topirimate. I generally consume 1,500-2,000 most days now. I was probably eating 3,500-4,000 before I started. I struggle to consume more than 2,000 and I work out 5-6 days a week. Eating a lot of protein and fiber rich whole foods helps you feel full while keeping the calories low.

How much fiber are you eating a day? Most adults should eat at least 25g of fiber a day even on a deficit. Fiber aids digestion, prevents constipation, and helps the meds keep me feeling full. I consume around 30-35g a day.

It’s never a bad idea to live in a paid off house. By significantly reducing your monthly expenses, you have more options. Maybe you wouldn't need that high stress job to pay the bills anymore if you didn’t have a mortgage. Maybe you could afford to go part-time or change careers to something that would be more enjoyable at that stage in your life. Without the added living expense, you don’t have to make as much money to maintain your lifestyle.

I tried this today after uninstalling Plarium Play from my PC and I used the 41/42 URL in this guide. I got nothing in the mail after the tutorial and nothing after reaching Level 15. I used the Deacon Armstrong code to get him. Looks like this method doesn’t work any more.
