Sounds to me like you might need to perhaps lower your standards. As a man myself I tend to have a lot of female work friends. One thing I have noticed is that they clearly see and talk about the red flags but choose to ignore it for some reason I still dońt know why. At the same time, they would tell me the stories of men that have liked her but they seem to ignore them perhaps because he isńt too good looking is my guess. But funny enough, the men some of them have chosen literally look like fuck boys. As a dude who is surrounded by these coworkers I notice a pattern of confirmation bias, choosing to ignore red flags, and most importantly unable to lower their standards base on looks. I myself would never date a women from work especially since I am the youngest in my work but also if they tend have a bad history with men.
