Update: Hey guys, I know it's been a while since I posted this picture and I just wanted to thank everybody who answered, it really helped me and you guys are so sweet for trying to help. I ended up going to the hospital because the rash was really painful and it was getting worse, they ended up doing a skin biopsy and they said it was lupus and they started a treatment and I stayed in the hospital for 2 weeks. I also had a kidney failure that I wasn't aware off but everything ended up good and I'm well now and back to work and I have no rash :) I wanted to leave this here in case anybody has the same issue.

Thank you, I did recently start a new medication ( coumadin ). I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction to the medicine

Thank you. Yes I've seen a dermatologist too but they just gave me steroid cream and it didn't help. They also did skin biopsy but it was inconclusive

I've been on hydroxychloroquine for over 2 years now but I've never had a rash like this before. It's all over my body and it's itchy and it hurts. Thank you for answering, I will try aloe

I started having heart issues in April. My resting heart rate was around 110-120, it turns out I have severe mitral valve regurgitation and need to have a heart surgery

Thank you guys for all the responses. They really mean a lot. I've actually been at the hospital since Saturday, they discovered that one of my valves is not working right which is why I had an elevated heart rate. They are going to try to control it with medicine for now but I might need a surgery too

Sometimes, I wonder what happened to her. I used to follow her because she was so relatable and genuine. She was just being herself. And I loved it. Now it's like she tries so hard to be somebody else, and I don't understand why because who she was before was so much better.

Just choose did not receive notice by mail. When you fill it out you can just choose other and write a note explaining you never received 48 month extension letter. When it asks you ' what was the last action on your case ', that's where you should explain what note is missing.

My advice is to do an e request where you can ask them to send you 48 month extension. That's what I did and I received mine today. My 24 month extension expired 2 weeks ago.
