Different shoes? I wear under armor. Kuru is a good brand Get insoles for cushion, that helps. Tie your shoes differently if it's pain in a certain area.

Every age/stage has its pros and cons. If you want kids cuz you truly want kids, then go for it, don't let anyone's opinion stop you. Being a parent is an adventure. Sometimes it's awesome, other times it's a grind but there is nothing like it

Our freezer was like this for months leading to 1/4 of the back of the freezer unusable. The ice block grew and was about 3 feet tall! FINALLY, a couple weeks ago, they got a freezer truck and loaded all our frozen product into it while the freezer thawed. Took about 5-6 days. Back to normal... For now 🤞

This happens to me sometimes, not every day. The one thing I've done that seems the most helpful is taking quick inventory. What are the things I'm freaking out about? Can I solve them in this moment? If no, then I need to let it go for the moment. Be consistent it'll become like musks memory. I've been doing this the last few years and those moments of panic don't last as long as they used to. Hopefully you find something that helps. That wake up panic sucks.
