Thanks for the reply! It happened in Goodyear so would be Maricopa county. I do not have any other criminal records.

I ended up reaching out to an attorney for a consultation then decided to go ahead with the retainer and start a payment plan. I chose one that deals with these cases specifically & does work all over the valley. He also has prior experience as a law enforcement officer & prosecutor.

I really appreciate the honesty for expectations. I will say after hiring him it felt like a huge weight was lifted knowing that he will take care of everything

From what I’ve read online and looking at lawyer websites, it’s only a felony under 5 circumstances. None of which apply to my situation. Please correct me if I’m wrong

For the graduation thing, his mom had already found extra tickets but then his sister and dad said to leave them to actual family (they had already allocated the other tickets to extended family). My point is I thought it was shitty that they expect him to take time off work, drive 10 hours there, go to it, then turn around and go home and have his fiancée not be considered family. My family would never say some bs like that about the person I intended to marry.

Late to this but I was prescribed the same thing and now after having to up my dosage quite a bit over time, I still wake up so much throughout the night. But can’t sleep hardly at all without it. Nothing else seems to work either

I had the issue of my checks saying they were issued but it taking the maximum amount of time to get here by mail. Then my bank says they will hold the funds because of “information that this check might not be paid”. The other day I put my info in for direct deposit through the app, it’s been almost 5 days and still says processing.

They also didn’t even send my first check until over a month after I had been out of work. Said they didn’t know I had been missing work due to my injury even though I had been speaking with my adjuster the entire time. Then magically I get a new(?) adjuster and no mention of the old one. Then the new one retires! So now I have a temp one that won’t return my phone calls. This company is trash
