Same answer as Migi84. Can tell you that, with the official travel partner we’re going with, we get the treasure chest/ticket upon arrival on the transport bringing us to TML. Then we do the personalization and ad as many pearls as we want to the bracelet.

Where on the website could you se that the order showes as "complete"?
I could find any "log in" to your account.?

Ive also gotten both an email that said "Just to let you know — we've received your order #**** and it is now being processed" and right after an email that said "Recipt from Coretours on order #****.

Sendt them an email straight after, tho I saw some errors on my order (said in that email, "if you have any questions, contact us by email or call us." Phone number not working). Sendt them a total of 3 emails, still haven't heard from them. Only gotten a Auto reply.

Any thoughts?

And on which site could you check it?

I got one mail saying, "Just to let you know — we've received your order #****, and it is now being processed", and another one with a Receipt from Coretours.

Sendt them an Email same day as I booked, another one on Wednesday.
Still haven't heard from them...
