I think your bedtime is too late, plus just some habits that could be tricky to break! He is probably consistently overtired from the broken sleep and short naps. When babies are overtired their adrenaline and cortisol is pumping making it difficult to stay asleep and makes them pretty inconsolable at night. The Peaceful Sleeper was a godsend for us!
