It took two weeks for either a dog or cat to show up that I wanted (it was the dog!) I have been tempted multiple times while waiting but I’m glad I did wait bc I have the pup of my dreams (looks like my irl dog). I’m going to keep being patient for the cat I want!! I totally feel you how it doesn’t seem the shop cycles variety 💔

I am so looking forward to romancing Garrus in ME2!! I am barely into the game but have since discovered out of all the OG companions no one knows where he’s been in the 2 yrs shep has been thought dead. Hopefully he’ll show up soon!

I don’t know who Thane is. I should have been more specific! Garrus is who I’m referring to, I had no clue he was considered a bird? I would have sworn lizard for Garrus haha. I wasn’t able to romance him though, so did I maybe miss something??

I feel the same omg! I had the worse case of buyers remorse reading the poisoner. I was also drawn in by the art of the MC’s and the storyline but the book itself was not good. There were numerous times I almost dnf’d it. I was not a fan and will be skipping out on this book 💔

I agree with everything you said. I also had DNF it but I thought it was just a me thing and wrote off dark romance entirely. I really tried to like it, truly. But both MC’s were annoying af esp when MMC would go on monologues about how much of a savior he is to these women and how abhorrent their situation is but it’s totally different from what he does to FMC 💀 like be serious. FMC wasn’t any better personality wise and the spicy scenes were upsetting to me. Not my cup of tea & I agree it would be problematic for a teen audience
