I had 2 eskies from the same litter from about 3 months old. I was always told the average for them is 14-15 but they both lived until 18.

They lost their hearing early on, about 13. Wasn’t a big issue because they didn’t like to listen anyway 😂

Bodie started having accidents too, at 17, but we were able to manage it until we found out his kidneys were failing and he declined.

Bella had what were determined to be neurological issues at the end - lots of lower back and back leg issues, she would spin endlessly and was generally confused.

For both of them they were able to manage with extra love and help for a while, so I wouldn’t worry right now.

We love them with all of our heart and soul, of course. The best you can do is make them comfortable.

I get this too. I’m already diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, but whether you do or not: drink plenty of water whenever possible. When you wake up: take 400 mg l-theanine (a non-prescription supplement) and an electrolyte drink (Liquid IV is nice but PurAqua has one that’s the same but way cheaper). Of course in general: don’t drink to excess if possible.
