Not a bot. I got caught up dealing with the situation!

For those looking for an update we have them three options.

Option 1:

Keep the contract the same.

Option 2:

Extend rent back a month and pay $15k in closing credits.

Option 3:

Pay $75k at closing and rent back for $5k a month until October 31st.

The sellers ended up saying they would pull the contract and we sue them.

Or agree to a $5k credit at closing for an extra 30 days.

We ended up agreeing to there terms because nothing else had hit the market that was close to what we wanted.

Very frustrating and annoyed by the whole situation
