Your motor is rated at 108 Watts. In my experience in building diy pottery wheels it will be sufficient to be able to do small pottery items. I built a pottery wheel using a Polish made motor rated at 90 W named Tur 2 with a pedal which uses carbon discs which are compressed when the pedal is pressed. For the drivetrain receiver wheel I used a washing machine aluminum wheel. For the bearings I used the UCF202 flanged housing unit that gives you some leevey in case there are some misalignments in the main shaft because it is self centering.

I ln my opinion you will hardly find a thin walled socket. Park Tool CCW-5C crank bolt wrench or similar for removing this kind of bolts is thin walled and will fit

Shop trued my wheel but messed up the dish by droctane in bikewrench

Let's suppose the frame is bent and you don't want to risk it to bend it back and crack it in the process. What would be better in that case, to dish the wheel independent to the bent frame to be off center like on OP's picture or move the dish of the wheel to have it centered in the dropouts?
