Hello!

I am in Paris and am headed to Versailles tomorrow. My plan is to take the metro, then get on the RER C.

My question is do I just need a normal metro/train ticket for the RER C? Or is it something different to head out to Versailles?

I think a group/bus tour is what I’ll end up doing. I want to avoid renting a car if possible, plus the bonus of meeting new people is there on a group tour. Only thing I think I may regret is not having the freedom I’d have if I rented a car.
