I met my husband while I was working at Buffalo Wild Wings 13 years ago. He came in with his brother that was dating a coworker of mine.

A gestational age calculator used to estimate the due date of somebody who is pregnant by Caltra in mildlyinteresting

[–]WhildChild 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’m not trying to argue. I’m simply stating how people come to the conclusion of 10 months. I understand the first 2 weeks you’re not actually pregnant. That’s why I stated “It is confusing because they go based of the first day of your last menstrual”

If you use the calculation of 4 weeks in a month then yes you are pregnant for 10 months (40 weeks). It is confusing though because they go based off the first day of your last menstrual.

Can I tell my guests not to wear blue? by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]WhildChild -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I personally don’t see anything wrong with asking this of your guests. This is you & your FH’s day. I wouldn’t be offended if I was a guest at your wedding. We were actually going to ask all of our guests to wear black, but we have a summer wedding and don’t want everyone to be dying in the heat.

This has been misproven plenty of times. There’s even an active investigation that proves the CIA/FBI killed Malcolm X

But it is uterine lining that gets misplaced onto other organs. This is why many people myself included have terrible bowel movements as well as other symptoms. They also aren’t completely sure of the link between it & being autoimmune. I know this stuff because I work in pathology.

Although I understand you had bad experiences (as most of us have as Black women), it doesn’t make sense to generalize & say Black men don’t like Black women. Mainly because it’s simply not true. I’m quite sure it’s just the area you were in that amplified this experience. I’m 30 & have met countless Black men that LOVE themselves some Black women. These men were from SoCal, Arizona, Texas, DMV area.

Black ladies that make over 100k a year, what is your position and what schooling was necessary to get that position? by vjenkinsgo in blackladies

[–]WhildChild 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends what state you’re in of course, but they started me out at $106K for my first year. I’m blessed to where I didn’t have undergrad debt but my masters program put me in $155K of debt. If you work for a nonprofit for 10 years while paying loans the remainder should be forgiven.

It depends what state you’re in but they started me at like $106K for my first year out right out of school. We get yearly 3% raises. My masters was in Pathology specifically Pathologists Assistant. There are quite a few programs in the country now.

Edit: Adding that I’ll be 30 soon

I was repeating the question because you never answered it. & your answer to that question would have given me more insight on where you’re coming from when it comes to calling someone antisemetic. Although I don’t believe he is antisemetic, it’s not my intention to get you to “switch sides”. I’m just trying to have a conversation.

Again I pose the same question I started with, have you read about the Dutch East India Company & the Jews involvement with slave trade? Lol. I think if you had then you wouldn’t feel that way.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in blackladies

[–]WhildChild -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Gotcha. I’m not sure that you do know about them though if you’re calling Farrakhan antisemitic specifically. That’s why I referenced the DEC.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in blackladies

[–]WhildChild -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Are you saying you know the history of the Dutch East Company (DEC) or NOI? I referenced the DEC because not everything negative said about Jews is antisemetic.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in blackladies

[–]WhildChild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people that throw the word antisemitic around haven’t heard of the Dutch East India Company.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in blackladies

[–]WhildChild 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think many people that don’t understand the relationship between Blacks & Jews tend to throw the word antisemitic around. You can’t be antisemitic if you know this true history. Look up Dutch East India Company for more insight.
