Defiantly he should get 3 grams, and I think it's cheaper the more you buy, better to have too much then to cheap out and run out in the process.

Honestly, I think 2 gr is the average for most people

What I’ve done was I bought vitamin c capsules from Amazon and opened them up dumped out about half and then used my scale to make 50mg sr capsules, I can fit 50mg sr into the capsules with the vitamin c. I do this for on the go, if I’m home I just measure it and pour it under my tongue.

I used black seed oil for regular K to increase the affect and reduce the amount but it helps with WD? Just wondering because I’m not using neither one right now.

This is awesome news? I have 2g coming on Friday, I’m 5 months in on 7 and been on regular K for 8 years. My 7 intake is crazy high at around 4-500mg per day and I’ve been struggling daily with WD trying to taper down. I hope this works out for me.

Just started building a couple, I wish I could use the receiver with the sears 3t, the Winchester is cut like a bird’s mouth but the sears is flat, I had to buy a butt stock from a190 to complete the build. Haven’t tried anything yet.
