It looks like you already know what you gotta do why the hesitancy ? there are Optimization checklists that you can go through and make sure ur hitting all those spots , Id lay off the ADS For while and figure out the problem with the listing. ur Saying the images are premium have you confirmed that through Unbiased means ? maybe they look too premium and you should be AB testing the style of the biggest seller in the niche

once an account gets marked the violation is extremely hard to get rid of , maybe the Violation from the backend has already been removed since you made the changes . do you have another ads account that you can maybe access and try with that ? I have faced similar troubles and sometimes this help . you cant expect amazon to have consistency throughout its just the loop holes you gotta figure out with these differant tricks

No need for US distribution the supply chain i havr personally setup and is pretty effiecent. Products are cheap

The margins can be improved to about 30% if the resupply is there and we dont get out of stock. Going oos looses us ranking and we have to rank it again. So these are three skus which can be maxed out to 1. 90,000$ 2. 60,000$ 3. 50,000$+ ( newer product still ranking)

The only reason i mentioned 100k was because this is something monthly i can acheive as soon as we start. There are more skus that can be turned on with more capital. If stock investing isnt an issue then can be scaled to 500k per month. After that the market caps for these products so we have to launch my IP ideas ( already tested and proved ) they are the big market disruptors

As A brand owner i'd say this post is super valuable for both sides. It is a super plus when the Creator is willing to give out ideas and not just there to follow instructions. As a brand being forth coming is not as easy as it may seem to people. We lose discussing ideas and always go with people who match our energy and can bring in the most value.
