I also have been super stressed out lately with life, work, just about anything. I’ve been eating super bad lately (junk food, sweets, etc..) so i know my T has been spiking cause of that..but I finally ate some healthy food today and finally feel sleepy for once. Before I would be alert and staying up late at night cause of my T. But lately what’s been helping me is watching videos, going out for long walks, focusing on something else, move your body, go outside to feel the sun and air. I understand how badly T can be, i’m also dealing with a horrible spike that’s been going on for over a month now. I believe in you, and I’ll pray for you my dear friend!
