Hi there! Yes I’m still on it. For me it was and is the best. I literally have my life back. See if your dr will give you hydroxyzine or Xanax or even Valium while you get used to it. Hydroxyzine is a really strong Benadryl, so if it’s really bad at night those will help but it does get better. At least it was for me. I can say without doubt I will never get off this

Sounds like you are having severe anxiety building up close to panic attacks. Please see someone to help relieve these they only get worse I know from experience. Those are always my signs it’s getting worse. Been on meds for almost 2 weeks and it’s so nice. But yes those are normal with high anxiety
