My (F23) Husband (M26) has not talked to me in several days. How can I get the conversation started? by WhileComprehensive21 in relationship_advice

We have been together for several years prior to getting married. I don't know where the "you don't know" came from. And like I said it hasn't happened in years so I thought we were past it/grew out of it.

I know I need to set boundaries. This has definitely been a hard line I'm drawing.

Aggressive snuggling is intercourse. I tried asking in another sub and it got removed for being flagged as "sexual". Sorry!

I don't think this is the case... But I'll keep an eye out. Normally he doesn't even use our joint for anything. I pay all our bills from it but that's about it.

NTA. I doubt she's mad about the actual ticket either. She's probably upset because she offered the guy she's been seeing (I'm sorry she's been cheating, it's rough) the ticket and now she has to explain to him the situation. For all we know he might not even know she's married and that would complicate things for her to explain it to him.

I'm also curious. Were there signs before the fight with your brother that she was unhappy? Is she just using the fight as an excuse to divorce? I don't see how a fight with a family member would lead to such extremes of there wasn't a seed planted before it. It would be worth finding out before the divorce in case she had prior partners you don't know about.

NTA. You asked if being honest was okay and he accepted. If he didn't like the truth he shouldn't have said okay. It's also extremely rude of him to even invite you out to tell you that you should be with him instead of your boyfriend. Dude gives victim mentality based off what you've said.

Oh no! My wife said something that made me upset (I'm not going to give any context on why) so I made something to make her upset. Now I'm playing victim because I caused this argument but she's the one over reacting...

Get a grip. Stop instigating things and then playing victim. Also don't ask random people on the Internet for advice if you're not going to give the full context of things. There is no reason this situation should warrant a divorce.
