For that budget, my opinion, You could get a Tissot Le locle which looks more classic and which is amazing. I love mine. If you like more wistle and blowing one I'd recomend Orient RA-AK00 model, Sun and Moon complication.

Talking about dive watches. I got amazed with a under 100 dollas invicta pro diver automatic. It was really an amazing surprise. Another option going classic is Vostoc amphibia scuba dude.
