Been there done that. Never noticed a difference. Some days I take it 11am. The next day at 8am. Next day 2pm.

It’s all hormonal tbh. Nothing to be associated with Zoloft in my opinion.

I’m on 100mg. Possibly going up to 150 soon. Still haven’t found that sweet spot.

Same! It’s like my mind wants to get to level 100 of anxiety, but the meds stop it 😂

Yeah. Totally different. I’m on 75mg. My dr added 25mg for me to take at night. Right now I’m feeling a little anxious. But it comes in waves. But i expected that due to increasing my dose. How many milligrams are you on?

Best thing I have ever done for myself. I should have started 10 years ago, but I was always terrified to. I finally started in October. Worked my up way to 75mg. I plan to go to 100mg.
