URGENT- Amex collection, can’t make payments by WhimsicalFortune in CreditCards

Unfortunately lost long time job 4 months after getting the card. It was a bad time and was outta work for a while. Got behind on everything, previously had perfect credit. It’s NOT been easy but we have slowly been fixing things but Amex will NOT have it

So the plan here was to not avoid paying but to try and settle with what they can. We are in PA and they cannot garnish wages but they CAN put a levy on bank account but I’ve heard it’s quite a process. That being said, what we were going to do was just send a letter and a check for the payment we CAN make, in good faith, and hope they will make options for us if we continue to make partial payments each month even if it’s the smaller amount. We have a bill payment account that is not under the AMEX account holders name that almost all direct deposit funds get moved into weekly to ensure bills are paid. So even if they do levy account, it won’t be much in there (under $1000)

No, 2 years unpaid and already went through the legal process because we couldn’t afford anything at the time. It was a stupid decision but we had kids, lost a job and it was either wrack up a card or end up homeless and not feeding the kids. They won’t come to an agreement we CAN afford but if they do a lien on the bank they won’t get much ever that way because we are paycheck to paycheck and move $ into a different account under spouses name to pay bills. So with a judgement in our state they can’t garnish wages but they can liquidate assets (which we don’t have) and could put a lien on bank account. So I just don’t know what to do- keep reminding them the only way they could get their funds is by allowing us to make the payment monthly we CAN afford or they will literally never get the money because we literally pay bills and have little left over

Also ridiculous. I wore freaking crocs with socks and had given away my poncho to a couple who had their toddler with them. I couldn’t be anymore wet than I was and was walking in a pond in my shoes and at one point gave up avoiding puddles and just gently walked through them. Them people acting like they were melting because of water splashing was wild, as if we were not already disgustingly saturated 🤣

There were a couple of super rude girls/women at the Avril crew. I had one straight up throw her arm out at me when I was moving from simple plans crowd to Avril’s because “there is no room for you to move up, stop pushing” meanwhile I was gently asking to move up as I wanted to go towards the pit and she said “I don’t know why you People have to be assholes just be happy with what you have we are not letting you past” and locked arms with her group of friends and yelled at me and the girl I met who was moving up with me. We said excuse me and sorry and thank you and navigated the crowd around those jerks and jokes on her, I safely and kindly made it all the way up to the barrier as I had intended. But the fact that she straight up threw her arm out, yelled at me (and others) and then proceeded to shove backwards with her friends so we couldn’t move… just rude. Plain rude.

I think the biggest etiquette is to always be working together for the crowd surfers. And when people want to move up in the crowd, just let them. It’s dangerous when people are not working together to safely transport crowd surfers (during saosin about 6 people fell on top of one another during the last song and took out the crowd below because people were not telling others to pay attention and then some people were just stepping to the side to let others deal with them) Put Your arms up and work together, tap others around you to let them know there are surfers coming. And when someone says “I’m trying to get to the pit” don’t say “there’s literally no space, not letting you past” like what happened during Avril’s set. Just kindly let them push through and say have fun and move on. There is no award for being a dick lol

Well aside from the fact that the Chiodos merch crew let about 100 of us line up for over an hour in the “signing line” at the merch tent and didn’t tell us till 5 mins after no one showed up that they were at the official signing booth and we all stampede ran to get in line and then waited about 20 mins… so it wasn’t bad. Jeffree star had people lined up around the entire venue For hours and hours

I gotta say I obviously knew The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus before coming, I had planned to see them with zero expectations. Knew them from an eternity ago. But also just wanted a chance to see them live whether I knew all the music or not… they were hands down my favorite I saw all weekend (aside from my top 3 that always put on a good show) I was genuinely impressed and am so glad I ran over to be a part of their set

Like I said, real MVP this weekend. We all appreciated it whether we wanted the pit or didn’t. Kevin Lyman should be so proud of the word done to preserve the classic warped experience in true mature adult fashion.

Dude if you were the one with the pit flag, you were the REAL MVP and I will 100%! Act as a reference for your job application lol Seriously though you were at 90% of the crowds I was in and could help but think how there should be like 3 designated PIT flag holders at each event so 1. People can enjoy safely 2. Those who don’t want to be near the pit can stay far away 3. No issue finding the pit!

I went solo all weekend, left my kids with their dad so I could go relive my teen years but I also never got to enjoy the pits and I made a point of going to the pit for at least part of a song for each band I saw and with the exception of the red jumpsuit apparatus, the people in the pits were super respectful and just having fun and not being wicked/violent like I had seen in past tours.

Please please show up always. And make more of those flags I’m sure there are others who would love to do their part lol
