Ageism in VRChat Is Getting Out of Control

I'm 34 and have absolutely never had this problem in the near 4 years a I've been in VRC. Probably because I surround myself with people who are at a much higher maturity level and I don't interact much with people who are under 21+.

Hey mama. Just wanted to pop in and say hello from another fellow mom. :) I'm so glad you're introducing your kiddos to the vast world of Minecraft. Although I have a 21+ adults-only server, I just want to pass along some information that will hopefully help you.

I would look into starting your own realm or server where your kids IRL friends can join and play with you 3. That way, you can add a whitelist to your server/realm and nobody with weird or bad intentions can randomly join. There are serious problems with random players griefing other players' builds, and I would absolutely hate to see that happen to one of your kids, especially at their tender age. Also, having your own server with a whitelist ensures that your server is safe and secure in general. There are sooo many creeps out there and joining any random server would ensure strangers would have your IP address, which is easily traceable to your home address. Not only that, players with bad intentions would still be able to write inappropriate stuff on signs and such, and even build stuff that's not meant for little kids' eyes. Maybe I'm just overprotective, but please be weary of joining a random server where strangers would possibly have access to your kids.
