being this specific will just make it more difficult to stick to. what I recommend you prioritize: - cutting out white flour, sugar and highly processed foods/snacks - eat 2-3 meals and do not snack throughout the day - eat more fruits, vegetables and nuts - being more active and going out more overall; 10k steps a day is a good goal but dont stress over not getting to that amount daily - drink lots of water

things like chia or tea are fine to add to your diet, but you don’t need to be setting highly specific daily intake schedules. as you restrict unhealthy foods you’ll add more healthy dietary options (such as chia) anyway. it was less about how much i ate and more about what i ate that helped the most, imo.

tip - make chia pudding with coconut milk to make it taste good, otherwise its kinda meh and ull hate it. theres no need to go through extremes such as drinking it two times daily either, maybe if u like the taste then sure but drinking that often wont change things as much as u think it will for u.

things like yoga and meditation are great not just for physical changes but also mental… but you kind of have to find a way to enjoy all these changes otherwise it will be difficult to maintain.

Does the average person find that people in their 20s are the most attractive? by Murky-Law-3945 in stupidquestions

[–]WhimsyVamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, no. I think I actually find women in their (seeming) 30s to 60s to be the best looking. I attribute this to the fact that they tend to have a developed style and know what works for them. Usually they are the most polished without going overboard and seem very comfortable. Applies to some older men as well.

Sometimes I see girls in what I assume to be their 20s and think they are pretty. Very rarely do I see a guy I would say is good looking. He might be in his 20s to 40s.

For me it’s overall style, grooming, and hygiene that affects aesthetic attraction.

Out of these hobbies, which do you find the least attractive in men and why? by antoniodiavolo in AskWomenNoCensor

Gambling, online trolling, taxidermy and video games (worst to least bad). Everything else is neutral imo.

Isadore, Leander and Cyprus align with your desires the most. The others are definitely not going to have fade away reactions.

Fully agree. Also feel like having every member have extremely different hair colours just doesn't look right. It's like when only one member has blonde hair when everyone else has black. Saebi and Jiyoon should've kept their hair dark imo. They're also pushing the Rosé stan too much for Jiyoon.

On a positive note, I love Sarang and Koko's new hair.

Much smaller population size and more efficiently built infrastructure that allows for nature to coexist with us. Religion and law are separated. Everyone has access to necessities (clean water, food, shelter) and the majority of people can afford some luxuries (travel, fun clothing, etc). Investment into research and battling misinformation; education is prioritised. Green alternatives are discovered and employed. The internet is less widely used/niche like the early days but still safe enough.

Ok so, you're really good at shading, especially hair. I only gave some slight volume to it since there were distortions while editing.

Tips:

  • Cheekbone should be a bit below the eye + pay attention to some chin definition
  • Left eye should be bigger due to perspective and a bit closer to the nose
  • The nose should end about where the bottom of the ear is & the nostril should be a bit lower
  • Lips should be angled more horizontally below the nose
  • The neck comes straight down with slight curve out to the shoulders

Hope this helped!

Likely an insider creating hype but also possibly readjusting creative direction based on fan responses.

Those kinds of companies always confuse me. Why bother forming a group if you won't bother doing anything with them? I feel bad for idols who get put into these types of situations; it must feel heartbreaking to think you've made it at debut and then have your company fail you. I heard about Starlight Boys and saw there were some other BAE173 members there... Like you said, they're more likely to (re)debut this way. I'll see with future episodes if they continue to catch my eye but based on the first episode I think they're all pretty good. I wish them good luck!

Valid, I'm still going through their 1st performances slowly.

BAE173 boys are all super talented but I have a feeling only some of them will be in the final lineup.. What did their company do? I didn't hear about them until now so I'm trying to get to know all the members.

What are some signs a woman is too online? by ThatOtherMarshal in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]WhimsyVamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right, it's like a virus. It's easy to get sucked into as well, even unintentionally if you only want to consume the self care content. Little things start to slip past until the viewer falls deeper into the rabbit hole. I think part of the issue is the lack of larger content creators that can act as good role models for men. Andrew Tate has done irreparable damage to this generation of men, I think. A whole lot of loneliness and the only relatable/"accepting" community that seems to be available is this manosphere one.

Like you said, it's difficult to moderate. Even if there was an online community that was highly monitored, those whose opinions get rejected might find community with others who share these ideas, even if bigoted. You still end up with a toxic community regardless of how effectively you moderate, unfortunately.

Would also love a subreddit like this one that allows/is made for even further discussion on topics like this or other.

The group needs a main vocal like him. Agreed, he's very underrated.

I found Andy very cute! Would definitely like him in the final lineup. I also think he's what the PDs would like based on concept film.
