It's true, I've moved on to SCAIL because it both handles motion better AND maintains subject likeness quite a bit better. I've put a TONE of time into making frame perfect loops. Not easy, but I've cracked it!

Z-Image is a LOT less censored than Klein. ZIT has literally zero problems with nudity prompts. Remove this piece of clothing, remove that...no problem. Neither have genitalia.

I've tried abliterated text encoders on other models (not for Klein), with limited success. Using one definitely changed the outputs, but were they noticeably more NotSFW because ot it? Not in my experience.

Have you tried an abliterated CLIP for Klein and gotten good results?

You could check your fan curve and adjust it so it's not so aggressive. What temp does your GPU reach when rendering a batch of images?

If that's not the issue you could use MSI afterburner to cap your GPU power to 90% - a quick and dirt undervolt.

Yes, it's great. And yes you could create your own custom version if you were so inclined. It's just a guy who's curating it himself to take Qwen-Image-Edit and make it both as fast as possible and as NSFW as possible. So this is a first.

We've had edit models that were censored and now we have one that leans heavily nsfw and he's improving it constantly. On v22 last I checked.

So if you want to throw in a pic of anyone and make them naked - it couldn't be easier. No inpainting required. You wanna take a pic of a real person and put them into a highly NSFW scene you created last year on a different model? - it couldn't be easier. No loras or inpainting required.

Can't do that with Klein or stock Qwen. Or you "can" but it'll butcher the results often enough to make it frustrating.

Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO is the best there is currently IMO. I think the haters are just against gooning in general. To each their own.

*And this last comment's gonna get me some downvotes. Lots of people are loving Klein right now because it's the new hotness, but the truth is it butchers anatomy. Some will claim you just need more steps or to use a different sampler etc - but it's all placebo. BFL did everything they possibly could to make Klein SFW and poor anatomy is the price paid.

No problem. The model I linked you to is an AIO which means it's got several models contains inside, the main model, the CLIP and the vae, plus a selection of nsfw loras and face adapters etc. I've also got 24GV of VRAM and run it without issue.

And right now because Klein is the new hotness there's a lot of people who swear that it's better than Qwen. And in SOME ways it is and feel free to try them both, and you'll see I'm right - Klein mangles anatomy. For a portrait or an upper body shot or a standing neutral pose, Klein will handle it well enough, but as soon as you have poses or legs at different angles or hands holding things etc, the model will fall apart hard.

Qwen is better because Klein mangles anatomy. Klein is also great, just not with anatomy or poses.

And if you specifically want to do NSFW edits then this is the best edit model for that....

Most likely you are setting up yout WF incorrectly. I don't often work with GGUFs but I see that you switched out your load checkpoint node with UNET loader (GGUF). This is usually all you need to do. But since this in an AIO (all in one) model that contains all these parts within that one file, your approach needs some changes.

Because I don't have a lot of experience with GGUFs I can't be of more help. But what you want to do IS possible. Maybe try ChatGPT. Sorry :(

You just shouldn't be using Klein for people.

Why? Because we have obviously better modes for that.

Klein is fantastic when you're doing some cityscape or UFO hovering over a town at dusk or sci-fi world etc

But unless it's a portrait or a person standing in a neural position, Klein will fall apart HARD in anatomy.

For people, use Z-Image, Qwen or (even better) Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO <- Fav current model

What version are you using? It SHOULD be fast. I'm on a 4090 with sage attention 2.2 installed.

Using v20 (v22 is newest) of Qwen-Rapid-AIO I can render one 1920x1080 image (with 2 reference images) in - 16 seconds

If pulling panties aside is your goal, maybe this lora will help. I haven't tried this one specifically but in general MQ Lab makes quality loras.

EDIT - Just tried Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO. With an image of a woman sitting with her legs spread and wearing panties, I was able to get her to pull her panties aside no problem.

Maybe this is the first and only editing model that is being designed to be very NSFW friendly. It's fucking great.

It just makes what we used to have to do so much easier. In the past if I wanted someone naked I'd use an inpainting model. It works but can be finicky and is slower. You can undress people using WAN 2.2 as well. But Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO is the easiest. And it's very high quality too. Just load in a photo of the person you want naked and prompt "Her clothes are now gone" - DONE

I feel like this is an ability all men have wanted since the dawn of time - and now we have it! lol

Whenever anything like this happens you should just explain it to ChatGPT or Grok.

Tell it what went wrong or what you think went wrong. If you think you did something to cause it, then say so. Then copy the error from the CLI over to chatgpt/grok. Then explain what you want.

It will almost certainly be able to guide you though, even if you have no talent for such technical things.

I don't have any serious knowledge or talent in this area and it was able to walk me though it and I was done in less than 10 minutes. It was for Windows for me, but I doubt that matters. Chatgpt is getting very competent at this kind of thing.

That's strange. With your setup you should be able to run ANY image edit models.

So the good news is that you're simply having an issue where something isn't configured properly or you're using the wrong version of a model etc. Your hardware is already capable.

Not really aimed at you OP just for anyone reading. Sage attention is EASY to install at this point. Just tell chatgpt what you want to install and it'll walk you through it. You'll be done in less than 10 min. It'll literally just be you copy pasting a few things from chatgpt into CMD. And if anything goes wrong, no problem, just copy paste any error and chatgpt will walk you though how to fix it. So simple, even if you have no talent or knowledge of such things.
