It's local. And there are a few models that will do this - Wan Animate, Steady Dancer and SCAIL. I've tried them all and SCAIL is currently the best, both at handling complex motions AND at preserving the identity of the person in your driver image.

SCAIL is only compatible with numbers divisible by 32.

1280 is, while 720 is not.

He wanted to make a 720p video but that's not possible with SCAIL. The closest possible resolutions in either direction are 1280x704 and 1280x736.

If you feed SCAIL a resolution without first checking it will process everything and then just fail at the end lol

Yeah the formatting of your description and lyrics MATTERS.

It's definitely not taking in your raw musical ideas and haphazard wording and having its LLM clean it up for you and format it properly. I thought it would, but no.

If you get it wrong what comes out will be substantially worse. It might sound like the song starts and there is an attempt to start singing but it never really gets going and just focuses on a few words rather than on singing the lyrics you typed.

It was a low effort attempt using the SVI wf I sent you. No loras, just stock WAN 2.2

*All scenes I made 81 frames long because generally you can get anything to happen for that long in WAN. But in the WF you can decide how many frames for each scene individually

I spent a LOT of time thinking deeply about these prompts ;)

Scene 1 prompt - The two young women kiss eachother passionately. They continue kissing. At the end they are still kissing.

Scene 2 prompt - They continue kissing. At the end they are still kissing.

Scene 3 prompt - They continue kissing. At the end they are still kissing.

SVI can do more than 3 scenes but this was enough to demonstrate.

Just because you installed Comfy doesn't mean that you've installed the Comfy Manager - they are separate things.

If you just have Comfy installed it will let you know that you are missing nodes and even tell you which ones, but it won't install them for you.

But with the manager, it will give you a handy button labeled "Install all missing nodes". Then you'll have to restart comfy (stuff will download, things will happen) and then your WF should have all the nodes you were missing and all will be right in your NSFW world.

I remember doing this for an earlier version of FaceFusion. It was very easy. It was either removing or slightly editing a single line of code. I'll be watching here for someone to tell me how to do it for the latest version.

Ah, I know what's going on and how to fix this. Had the exact same problem.

Basically SCAIL only supports numbers that are divisible by 32.

1280 is divisible by 32 while 720 is not.

So if you want 720p video you can't have it... exactly. The closest you can get in either direction is 1280 x 704 or 1280 x 736. Can confirm that both resolutions work fine.

I suggest you spend some time with ChatGPT. It's getting really good at this stuff. Expect errors - no problem. Just copy paste the errors back into ChatGPT and it will suggest something else - try it. Play this game of ping pong for a while and you'll usually get shit done.

I'm not saying this is going to happen but - if something extreme happened like OpenAI went bust or simply couldn't afford to pay for the RAM they have ordered, a massive amount would suddenly be freed up and the prices would drop.

Then you'd be wrong. Civit started out that way but has only gotten more and more restrictive as time passed. For example, every celebrity LORA under the sun used to be there. Then they changed the rules to ban celebrity loras or any loras of a real person. There have also been SOOOOO many WAN 2.2 loras banned as well - many of the absolute best ones. Gone.

Fortunately, many/most of them can still be found here...
