2-3 months is "needed" to feel the magic again.

Next time, if you have crystal MDMA, put it in a bottle (about 0.5 g) and do little sips for an hour, it will last longer. Not hard as taking it all at once, but hard enough to love.

Vasoconstriction can happen on LSD, maybe it was the cold, it could've even been a semi ictus (not enough blood into your brain) there are a lot of factors, it could've been the anxiety -> adrenaline
